Functional Barre is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Dance and Functional Movement. Classes can be modified for any fitness level. In functional barre we look at the body as a whole and work on improving muscle tone and movement in a functional way. Group and Private sessions available. I've been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years and enjoy helping people recovery from injuries and surgeries, but I wanted to be able to help get people moving before they required therapy services. So I started Fun Barre. I've been a student of Barre for 6 years and loved how I could modify the workout to make it easier or harder depending on what my body needed at the time. I pull a lot from my therapy background when I teach to ensure all my students are safe and successful. I am Barre Above certified and love that I can continue to grow and challenge myself and my clients by adding new and exciting techniques and exercises.
